2. User Responsibilities & Consent

• You must comply with all applicable local and international laws, platform rules, and our Community Standards.
• By posting a link: You confirm that you are the rightful owner or have explicit permission to share the content of that Telegram channel. You also confirm that you have read and agree to follow our Terms of Service and Community Standards.
• By joining or purchasing access: You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. You agree that you are accessing third-party content at your own risk.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, Telegram profile, and payment details.
• You may not misuse, abuse, exploit, attack, copy, resell, or interfere with the platform.
• You must not share paid access, private links, or premium community access without explicit permission.
• You must correctly categorize your listings (e.g., Movies, Series, 18+). Failure to tag 18+ content will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

3. Creator Media Program

Creators, community owners, website owners, app owners, bot owners, digital publishers, and service providers may apply to join the VIPLINK71 Creator Media Program to list their Telegram channels or services.

Before approval, VIPLINK71 may review channels, communities, content quality, safety standards, copyright compliance, creator activity, service type, user trust, and platform compatibility.

Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of VIPLINK71. Creators remain fully responsible for all content, services, memberships, subscriptions, files, posts, communications, and offers distributed through their own channels, groups, websites, bots, apps, or communities.

4. Creator Support Requirement

Approved creators may be required to display the official VIPLINK71 Support & Report Bot within their Telegram channel, group, website, app listing, bot profile, or community profile to ensure proper reporting and communication channels.

Users may use the official support bot to:

• Submit reports regarding policy violations
• Request assistance with access issues
• Report abuse, harassment, or misconduct
• Report copyright infringement or leaked content
• Submit complaints regarding premium access or fake payments
• Report scams, phishing, or misuse of the platform

5. Premium Access & Subscriptions

VIPLINK71 may offer premium communities, memberships, subscriptions, exclusive digital services, channel access, creator access, and other paid or limited-access services through third-party providers.

• Premium access requires successful payment and verification.
• Access may be revoked if these Terms, the User Agreement, or Community Standards are violated.
• All subscriptions and services are managed by third-party creators. VIPLINK71 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services.
• Wrong Telegram information, false payment claims, chargebacks, or misuse may result in immediate access denial and permanent account suspension.

6. Mini Apps, Games & Digital Tools

VIPLINK71 may list, promote, or provide discovery access to Telegram mini apps, online games, bots, web apps, digital tools, creator tools, and external digital services operated by third parties.

Users should review external services carefully before using them. VIPLINK71 is not responsible for third-party technical issues, data practices, service downtime, account restrictions, or external platform decisions.

7. Content Policy & Prohibited Activities

The following content, links, or activities are strictly prohibited on VIPLINK71:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving minors or child exploitation is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities.
• Leaked or Pirated Content: Posting links to leaked movies, series, software, or any copyrighted material without explicit rights is prohibited.
• Illegal content, illegal services, or instructions for illegal activities.
• Fraudulent activities, fake payment claims, or misleading descriptions.
• Malware, phishing, harmful software, or unsafe tools.
• Privacy violations or unauthorised sharing of personal data.
• Copyright infringement or unauthorised distribution of protected content.
• Impersonation, fake identity, or misleading representation.

• Mislabeling content (e.g., posting 18+ content without the mandatory adult tag).
• Unauthorised resale or sharing of premium access.

8. Intellectual Property

VIPLINK71 branding, logo, design elements, website structure, platform layout, code structure, text, and related materials remain the exclusive property of VIPLINK71 unless otherwise stated.

Creators retain ownership of their original content. Third-party names, logos, apps, games, Telegram channels, tools, and services belong to their respective owners. VIPLINK71 respects third-party intellectual property and expects the same from its users.

9. Copyright & Takedown Reporting

If you believe any content, listing, link, channel, app, game, tool, or service available through VIPLINK71 violates your copyright, privacy, brand rights, or any other legal right, you must submit a detailed report through our official support system immediately.

VIPLINK71 takes copyright infringement seriously. Upon receiving a valid DMCA-style notice or legitimate complaint, we will:

• Review the reported listing within 24-48 hours.
• Remove or disable access to the infringing link or listing.
• Notify the poster and issue a warning or suspend their account for repeat offenses.

10. Community & Third-Party Services

Many services listed on VIPLINK71 are operated independently by creators, community owners, app developers, bot owners, website owners, and third-party providers, including Telegram channels, groups, bots, mini apps, websites, online games, and digital tools.

VIPLINK71 is not responsible for:

• Creator behaviour, communication, or content accuracy.
• Community management decisions, including member removals or bans.
• Telegram service interruptions, account bans, or platform downtime.
• Third-party website, app, or game downtime.
• External service content accuracy or legality.
• External payment disputes, chargebacks, or transaction failures beyond our control.
• Third-party data collection, privacy practices, or security breaches.

11. Suspension & Removal

VIPLINK71 reserves the right, without prior notice, to:

• Remove any content, listings, links, or service references that violate our policies.
• Suspend or permanently reject creator participation.
• Restrict, deny, or revoke access to the platform for any user or creator.
• Investigate reports, abuse, or suspicious activity thoroughly.
• Update platform rules, service requirements, and policies at any time.

Actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, creators, rights holders, minors, or the integrity of the platform.

12. Payment, Sales & Refund Policy

Payments are verified using transaction ID or payment confirmation. VIPLINK71 does not store card numbers, wallet passwords, bank passwords, or private payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by third-party gateways.

• All sales are final once access to the premium channel or service has been granted.
• Refunds are only considered if a purchased community becomes permanently unavailable before the end of its validity period.
• Leaving a group, channel, or service voluntarily, user inactivity, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
• Access depends on correct user information and service availability provided by the third-party creator.
• Any refund decision is at the sole discretion of VIPLINK71 and depends on service type, verification status, and valid evidence of service failure.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

VIPLINK71 acts primarily as a discovery, access, support, and community listing platform. We do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, quality, safety, reliability, availability, or performance of third-party content, communities, bots, channels, applications, games, tools, products, or creator services.

VIPLINK71 explicitly disclaims all liability: We do not host, store, or control any movies, series, media files, or copyrighted content. All listed content is provided by independent third-party users. Users access external links at their own risk and are solely responsible for verifying the legality of content in their jurisdiction.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIPLINK71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, technical, financial, or access-related damages arising from the use of the platform, third-party services, or any actions taken by third-party creators, including but not limited to loss of data, access, or profits.
