User Agreement

This User Agreement explains the rules, responsibilities, access conditions, content sharing rules, creator policies, and limitations that apply when you use VIPLINK71. 1. Platform Purpose

4. User Responsibility

• You must not use VIPLINK71 for fraud, spam, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
• You must not submit false payment claims or misleading information.

5. External Community Disclaimer

VIPLINK71 may display or provide access to links that lead to external communities, including Telegram channels, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, websites, bots, apps, games, tools, and creator-managed platforms.

After you leave VIPLINK71 and join an external community, the rules, management, communication, content, privacy practices, and user experience inside that community are controlled by the respective owner, admin, creator, or third-party service provider.

VIPLINK71 is not responsible for:

• Fraud, scams, misleading offers, or bad behaviour inside external communities
• Harassment, insult, disrespect, or personal conflict inside third-party groups
• Community bans, removals, admin decisions, or membership restrictions
• Messages, files, media, links, or data shared by users inside external communities
• Privacy issues, data collection, or actions by third-party platforms
• Losses caused by trusting unknown users, admins, creators, or external links

6. Premium Access Policy

When you purchase premium access through VIPLINK71, access is usually provided instantly after successful payment and verification. Users can normally access purchased items from their account history or purchase history section.

• Before purchase, users should review the title, description, demo, preview, duration, price, and access details carefully.
• After payment, the user receives access according to the selected package, plan, or duration.
• If a package is purchased for a specific number of months, access applies only for that selected duration.
• Premium links, private access, invite links, or paid resources must not be shared with others.
• Unauthorised sharing, resale, copying, leaking, or distribution may result in access removal without refund.

7. Payment Verification & Support

VIPLINK71 may verify payments using transaction ID, payment confirmation, gateway response, wallet confirmation, or manual support review.

In most cases, verified purchases are delivered instantly. However, temporary technical issues, gateway delay, incorrect user information, network problems, or verification errors may sometimes delay access.

• If payment is completed but access is not received, users should contact support within 12 hours.

8. Access Sharing Restrictions

9. Link Sharing & Creator Posting Policy

A creator or community owner may add their own community link to VIPLINK71 and may be allowed to place an advertisement, access gate, or promotional step before users reach the final destination link. In some cases, creators may generate revenue from valid traffic, ads, premium access, or approved creator programs.

Creators and link submitters must follow these rules:

• The submitted link must belong to them or they must have permission to share it.
• They must not submit links that violate another person’s privacy.
• They must not share stolen, leaked, copyrighted, or trademark-infringing content.
• They must not impersonate another brand, person, creator, company, or platform.
• They must not use VIPLINK71 to promote scams, phishing, malware, fake offers, or unsafe services.
• They must clearly represent the type of content, community, or service being offered.

10. Creator Revenue & Monetisation

VIPLINK71 may provide earning opportunities for approved creators, community owners, link owners, or publishers through ads, traffic, premium access, affiliate systems, creator programs, or other platform-approved methods.

• Revenue eligibility may depend on approval, traffic quality, content safety, and compliance.
• Fake traffic, bot traffic, misleading clicks, or manipulation may result in removal or earnings cancellation.
• VIPLINK71 may review submitted links, creator accounts, and earning activity for safety and trust.
• Creators remain responsible for their own content, community behaviour, and user support outside VIPLINK71.

11. Content & Privacy Protection

Users and creators must respect the privacy, rights, reputation, and intellectual property of others. VIPLINK71 does not allow content or links that violate privacy, expose personal information without permission, or harm another person’s rights.

The following are prohibited:

• Sharing private personal data without consent
• Posting hacked, stolen, leaked, or unauthorised content
• Sharing copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Uploading or linking to illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material
• Using another person’s name, image, brand, or community identity misleadingly

12. Data Sharing Outside VIPLINK71

If you join a Telegram group, WhatsApp community, website, app, bot, or other external service through a link found on VIPLINK71, any data, messages, files, phone number, username, profile details, or content you share inside that external service is not controlled by VIPLINK71.

VIPLINK71 is not responsible for how third-party communities, admins, platforms, apps, bots, or users collect, store, share, delete, or misuse data outside our website.

13. Platform Support Scope

VIPLINK71 aims to provide user support for issues that happen on our website, including account problems, purchase access issues, payment verification, listing reports, creator issues, link reports, and platform-related support.

For issues inside external communities, users should first follow the rules and support process of that specific community or third-party service. Where possible, VIPLINK71 may review serious reports related to links listed on our platform.

14. Prohibited Activities

You must not use VIPLINK71 to:

• Promote illegal products, services, or content

15. Account Suspension & Access Removal

VIPLINK71 reserves the right to remove listings, restrict accounts, suspend creator access, cancel earnings, deny purchases, revoke premium access, or block users if they violate this Agreement or create risk for users, creators, rights holders, or the platform.

Action may be taken without prior notice when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, user protection, or platform integrity.

16. No Guarantee of Third-Party Services

VIPLINK71 may help users discover useful paid or free services, but we do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, uptime, behaviour, communication, performance, or future availability of third-party communities, creators, apps, bots, websites, games, or services.

Users should review details carefully before joining any community or making any purchase.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIPLINK71 shall not be liable for losses, disputes, fraud, harassment, data sharing, privacy issues, third-party actions, community decisions, external platform restrictions, payment mistakes caused by incorrect user information, or damages arising from the use of external links and third-party services.

18. Updates to This Agreement

VIPLINK71 may update this User Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will become effective once published on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
